Join us for our Non-Farmers / Farmers Market

We will have many different vendors with all types of goods for sale!

Food vendors, local vendors of art, crafts, jewelry, shoes, clothing and much more!

REGISTRATION COST: 

$30 - 1 Outdoor Vendor space - 10 x 10 / provide your own canopy
$40 - 1 Indoor Vendor space - 10 x 10 / electric included 
$10 - Rent a table (8ft - limited availability) - Optional 
FREE - WIFI - Optional 


HOURS OF OPERATON:
10:00am - 3:00pm 

VENDOR SETUP: 
Indoor / Friday, April 14 / 6:00pm - 8:00pm 
Outdoor / Saturday, April 15 / 8:00am - 10:00am
*All Vendors must check in with Shari Dutton prior to beginning set up. 

PRODUCT INFORMATION
Products displayed & sold are to be suitable for a family & church environment.  Items determined to be offensive or inappropriate will be required to be removed from the booth.

C3 Cottonwood reserves the right to refuse an application based on our judgement concerning the quality or appropriateness of product(s).  SEE CONTRACT FOR MORE INFO.
 

REQUIRED: 
Each vendor is to donate one item (valued at least $25 or more) for the raffle.  Item must be delivered at the time of Check-in.

PLEASE NOTE:
Please purchase your booth space online here and download the contract to sign and either email it to us, or submit in person.
*We must have your SIGNED CONTRACT to secure your booth space.
